Māris Kūlis

Philosopher · Researcher · Policy Analyst · Author

I am a philosopher and researcher working across political philosophy, social research and public policy. I am interested in how ideas shape institutions and societies – from questions of truth and knowledge to social cohesion, political violence and artificial intelligence. My work combines philosophical inquiry with empirical research and policy analysis.
